3. There are 3 options to apply for a lease:

A. Fill out EquiCapital's online form at www.TotaLeaseDirect.com and you will be contacted shortly.
B. Print out the convenient .pdf version of the application form, fill it out and fax to 866-977-7236.
C. Call EquiCapital 866.515.2520 ext. 1524 and one of our Consultants will take all of the information over the phone. You don't even have to fill out the application.

The Process is Fast
Applications are reviewed within 24 hours. When approved you will be notified and Samy's will arrange for delivery.

The only payment required is a 2 month lease deposit, which will be applied to the first and last payments of the lease, and a documentation fee. This payment must be made with a business check payable to EquiCapital, Inc.

EquiCapital Credit Criteria

Processing an application for a lease is a credit decision in which EquiCapital tries to determine the prospective lessee's ability to meet the obligations of the lease agreement. To help EquiCapital make this decision, they look at the following types of information:

Time in Business
The business must be in operation at least two years to qualify for any of EquiCapital's promotional lease programs. EquiCapital does however, offer special finance options for New Businesses who have less than two years in operation.

Checking Account History
A business checking account is preferred but not mandatory. If you use your personal checking account for business purposes you will need to provide either a) Business License or b) two year old Schedule C from your personal tax returns proving this equipment is for a business and not an individual.
